Send A Request

Upon receipt of your request for consulting services, Carter Resource Development will contact you and determine your exact fundraising needs. This initial contact is complimentary and without obligation.

You will never be asked to sign or send any money unless you and your group are completely satisfied that consulting services are right for you. Jesse Carter, will personally ascertain your needs during this initial telephone visit.

All contact with you as a client will be by telephone or e-mail. In order to keep costs down significantly, we've elected to conduct predominantly long distance contact only. We'll consider on-site capital campaigns, but be aware that this greatly increases your consulting costs.

Interview

The complimentary interview will determine your exact needs for consulting service. Are you looking for occasional fundraising counsel?

Perhaps, you need ongoing fundraising expertise; whereby, you consult with us because of a lack of funds to hire a full-time fundraising or development staff.

Or maybe, you have a need for consulting toward a special fundraising event or campaign. Either way, we will discuss all details with you.

Board Approval

As a final step for consulting more than a total of 24 hours needed, we ask that a contract be completed and signed. This contract is a simple way to insure that all parties are aware of the total expectations involved during the longer timeframe consultation of fundraising services.

It is strongly advised that the Board of Directors (if you have one) give its complete authorization for fundraising services involving longer timeframes. Under a collective billing time of 24 hours, it is sufficient for the President or Executive Director to register for our services.

After the approval is given, we will begin designing the fundraising gameplan decided upon by you and your governing Board of Directors.
