elected to conduct most of its consulting
services via telephone and/or e-Mail.
We've found that most smaller nonprofits
can't afford to hire a consultant for on-site
fundraising counsel. Consequently, they
choose to weave their way through the
world of fundraising on their own.
Pricing structures also assume that organizations will provide access to their office staff or volunteers (trained with good office skills) to Carter Resource Development. This is for your benefit and protection.
Hourly Consultations
Give us a call, we can probably steer you in the right direction right over the phone. Remember, we aim to assist small to medium sized nonprofit organizations.
That's why we can actually work with clients via long distance telephone or by e-mail without having to be on-site. Most of our situations are solved within just a few hours of work.

Event Fundraisers
Fundraising events will typically be more involved in nature. These may take from as little as 8 hours up to a maximum of a full 40 hour week of consulting services. We'll determine a general timeframe to meet your needs.
We'll complete a Plan Of Action, Calendar Timeframe, and be available to assist you right up until the event date. If you like, we can also assist in finalizing your event and preparing you in advance for next year's event.
Standard Fundraisers
Typically, these fundraisers may run the gamut from sales campaigns to Annual Campaigns. We've tried to handle many of these types of campaigns here for your convenience at ProitQuests.com for free.
If you have a particular fundraising emphasis in mind, we will work with you to make it as successful as possible.
We may be able to suggest a particular fundraising product as well. If you decide to utilize one of our fundraising products, we will work with you at no cost.
Fundraising Product Questions
If you have questions on many of our fundraising products highlighted here at ProfitQuests.com, these may qualify for free consultation. If a nonprofit group offers a product(s) as a part of their fundraising campaign, we can be offer and provide fundraising counsel free of charge. Ask for details.
Feasibility Studies
Feasibility Studies are essential before preparing for a major capital campaign fundraiser. It gives you a snapshot for the potential success or failure of your particular capital campaign. It will help you determine if you should or should not conduct a capital campaign at this time.
Feasibility Studies are typically best done in person. You may elect to have one of our team on-site to conduct your feasibility study in preparation for your capital campaign.
We also can work with you by long-distance in preparation for your own unique feasibility study that you conduct yourself. We will design a survey, train your feasibility study representative, and assist in choosing those who will be interviewed during the process. This is the least expensive alternative for your consideration.
Capital Campaigns
At this time we are offering limited consulting on Capital Campaigns via telephone and/or e-mail. We work with smaller organizations that generally can't pay for high-priced consulting fees and want to "do-it-themselves".
Therefore, we generally arrange a fee that will allow us to walk you and your Capital Campaign Committee through the process so that you can certainly do it yourself.
This is great for small nonprofits, churches, small ministries, pro-family associations, clubs, and small community projects.
Depending on the size of your nonprofit organization and size of campaign goal to raise. A capital campaign is dependent on and should only be started with the outcome of a recommended feasibility study.
Grant Writing
We accept a limited number of grant writing proposals that are a part of a capital campaign or specific program emphasis. We work with your organization in submitting the proposal in a timely basis.
No guarantee of funding is implied and is totally dependent on the worthiness of your request and whether it fits within the funding guidelines stipulated by the foundation or grant funding organization at the time of submission.
