Using flip charts to express your message is one of the great tools to gain greater profits through contributors. It is one of the three senses that will really reach out to your donors.

There are three different type of donors -- visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. By visually conveying your message you are at least reaching a third or your audience effectively.

Creating A Flip Chart

There are some great software packages that will create an instant flip chart for you. Harvard Graphics, Lotus SmartSuite and Microsoft's Power Point are some of the more popular presentation programs.

Also, don't forget the word processing suites like Word Perfect and Microsoft Word that can do an effective job for you.

An Alternative Audio Visual Email

There is a great software program call Gold Mail - www.GoldMailMessages.com that allows anyone to create a visual presentation and send it by email. You can also easily add an audio message for each slide up to 10 minutes.
